We're hiring — 3 open roles

Build your career where technology actually matters

We're a single-source IT partner for businesses across New York City and Long Island. That means real ownership, senior mentorship, and work that keeps our clients running every day — not tickets lost in a queue.

Why Smartweb

Do your best work with a team that has your back

At a lot of IT shops you're a number on a ticket queue. Here you're an engineer with ownership — you see problems through, work directly with the people you help, and grow alongside senior teammates who share what they know.

We've built our business on the single-source model: one team, one plan, one accountable relationship for every client. That same philosophy shapes how we work together — no silos, no blame, no being left on an island.

If you care about doing technology right and treating clients like your own, you'll fit right in.
