Be the senior technical point of contact for our managed-services clients — resolving escalations, mentoring the help desk, and keeping client environments running smoothly.
What you'll do
- Own and resolve escalated help-desk tickets across Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and endpoint issues.
- Lead remote and on-site support across New York City, Nassau, and Suffolk County.
- Mentor junior technicians and improve documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Proactively monitor client systems and flag risks before they become outages.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years in an IT support / MSP engineering role.
- Strong Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and a genuinely client-first attitude.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, or similar) are a plus.
